	Young Women of Distinction Event

Girl Scouts from around the council showed "courage, confidence, and character" at the Young Women of Distinction event on Sunday, May 3 at Starwoods Outdoor Center in Clearwater. Attendees celebrated the accomplishments of 10 year members, graduating seniors, Silver Award winners, Gold Award winners, and scholarship recipients.

	Mall Madness 2009

Spend a shoptacular night at Towne West Mall during the 4th Annual Mall Madness. Girl Scouts and their chaperones will enjoy discounted shopping, food, crafts, games, prizes and fun activities. Cost is $10 per registered Girl Scout (girl or adult). Festivities will begin at approximately 9:30 p.m. on Friday, July 31 and last until 5 a.m. Saturday, August 1.
